Scope of application

HH49X / H butterfly type micro-resistance slow-closing check valve is used in petroleum, chemical, food, medicine, water supply and drainage, and energy systems. It is installed at the pump outlet. When the pump is stopped, the valve plate slow-closing process can effectively prevent destructive water hammer. To ensure the safe operation of the pipeline. It is suitable for medium water pipes with a nominal pressure of 1 MPa and a medium temperature of ≤80%, as well as water supply and drainage pressure pump units. The unique micro-resistance slow-closing device of this valve can effectively prevent the occurrence of water hammer and ensure the safe operation of the pipeline system.

working principle

When the medium flows through the valve in the forward direction, the valve plate opens under the pressure of the medium. Because the valve plate is simultaneously subjected to the spring torque and the dual reaction force of the piston assembly, the valve plate opens slowly. When the medium flows in the reverse direction, the elastic force of the torsion spring and the force of the medium cause the disc to close. When it is closed to about 800, the disc is slowly closed due to the force of the piston assembly until it is completely sealed. It achieves slow-closing, non-returning and muffling to prevent the action of water hammer.
