Scope of application

H46H / W flange double flap swing check valve has the characteristics of simple structure, fast check action, good sealing performance, convenient installation, unrestricted space and position, small size, convenient maintenance and so on. Widely used in petrochemical, metallurgy, power, light industry, food and other industries. Water, oil, steam, acid and alkaline liquids can be used to achieve automatic check.

Structural features

  1. Short structure length, its structure length is only 1/4 ~ 1/8 of traditional flange check valve;
  2. Small size and light weight, its weight is only 1/4 ~ 1/20 of traditional flange check valve;
  3. The valve flap closes quickly and the water hammer pressure is small;
  4. Either horizontal pipe or vertical pipe can be used, easy to install;
  5. The flow channel is smooth and the fluid resistance is small;
  6. Sensitive action and good sealing performance;
  7. Short valve stroke and small impact force when closing the valve;
  8. Overall structure, simple and compact, beautiful appearance;
  9. Long life and high reliability.

H76 type water hammer pressure is only 1/2 ~ 1/5 of H44 type

The structure is very long, bulky and heavy
The structure length of the H76 type is only 1/4 to 1/6 of the H44 type, and the weight of the H76 type is only 1/4 to 1/10 of the H44 type.
Fluid resistance The fluid resistance coefficient ξ is 2.6 to 0.7.
As the valve diameter increases, the coefficient of fluid resistance decreases.
Small, fluid resistance coefficient ξ is 1.3 ~ 3,
However, under low pressure conditions, the valve flap cannot be fully opened and the fluid resistance is large.
The fluid resistance increases with the valve size.
