Cast steel solenoid valve is a pilot-operated secondary valve solenoid valve composed of two major components, the auxiliary valve and the main valve. It is the opening and closing of the auxiliary valve to control the opening and closing of the main valve. It can be divided into normally closed solenoid valve and normally open solenoid valve according to the different switch states when power is off. Normally closed solenoid valve, when the power is off, the auxiliary valve port is closed, and the main valve is open. When the electric signal enters the pilot valve coil, the movable iron core is attracted by electromagnetic force to open the auxiliary valve port. The pressure quickly disappears, the medium pressure will support the main valve valve cup, open the main valve port, the working medium is hard to circulate. However, when the electric signal disappears, the movable iron core is reset, the secondary valve port is closed, and the working medium self-balance hole enters the valve cup. When the pressure tends to balance, the valve cup is lowered by the main valve spring, the weight of the valve cup and the medium pressure. Move, tightly seal the main valve port, the valve is closed.

The cast steel solenoid valve is suitable for an actuator that uses steam as a heating medium for automatic temperature control. It can perform two-position automatic control and remote control on boiler steam pipes of steam equipment such as steam heaters, radiators and dryers, as well as various types of temperature automatic controllers, steam setting machines, steam engines, and steam humidifiers.

The cast steel solenoid valve has a closed cavity, and there are through holes in different positions. Each hole leads to a different oil pipe. The middle of the cavity is a valve. On both sides are two electromagnets . Which side of the magnet coil will energize the valve body. Which side is attracted to, by controlling the movement of the valve body to block or leak different oil discharge holes, and the oil inlet is always open, the hydraulic oil will enter different oil discharge pipes, and then the oil cylinder is pushed by the oil pressure Piston, the piston drives the piston rod, and the piston rod drives the mechanical device. In this way, the movement of the electromagnet is controlled to control the mechanical movement.
