Scope of application

BH41H lifting jacket insulation check valve is suitable for various systems such as petroleum, chemical, asphalt, metallurgy, pharmaceutical, etc., to prevent the return of high-viscosity media that will solidify under conventional transportation.

working principle

The jacket heat insulation check valve is a metal jacket welded on the basis of a lifting check valve, which is used to inject steam or other heat preservation and cold storage media to ensure that the medium in the valve can work normally. It has good thermal insulation and cooling characteristics, and can effectively reduce the heat loss of the medium in the pipeline. Jacket insulation check valve adopts an integrated jacket structure design, which can evenly maintain heat and cold. The jacket is welded with carbon steel pipe and is more pressure-resistant and firm than the cast one. The jacket and the outer side of the valve body are welded to the jacket tube, and the maximum pressure of steam or cold water is 1MPa.
