working principle

  1. Before the pump starts, the pressure at the valve outlet end acts on the main valve plate, and the valve is in the closed position. At the same time, the upper cavity of the diaphragm controller communicates with pressure water, and the lower cavity communicates with the low pressure at the inlet end of the valve.
  2. After the pump is started, the pressure at the valve inlet gradually increases, and at the same time, the pressure water slowly enters the lower cavity of the diaphragm controller through the connecting pipe at the valve inlet to realize the slow opening of the main valve plate. The opening speed can be adjusted by the control valve.
  3. When the pump stops, the pressure at the valve inlet decreases. When the flow is close to zero, the main valve plate closes quickly under its own gravity. As the pressure at the inlet of the valve decreases, the pressure water at the outlet of the valve enters the upper cavity of the diaphragm controller through the connecting tube, and the water in the lower cavity is pressed back to the inlet of the valve through the connecting tube at the inlet of the valve. The slow-closing valve plate closes slowly. Adjusted by control valve.
