Scope of application
The disc of DH44Y rotary check cryogenic check valve is disc-shaped, and rotates around the rotating shaft of the valve seat channel. Because the channel inside the valve is streamlined, the flow resistance is smaller than that of butterfly check valve, which is suitable for Large-caliber occasions where the flow does not change often, but it is not suitable for pulsating flow, and its sealing performance is not as good as that of the lifting check valve. The low temperature check valve is suitable for pipelines with various working conditions, such as petroleum, chemical and thermal power stations, with a nominal pressure of PN1.6 ～ 6.4MPa and an operating temperature of -29 ～ 550 ℃. Applicable medium: water, oil, steam, etc.
During the use of this low temperature check valve, the medium flows in the direction of the arrow shown in the figure
- When the medium flows in the specified direction, the valve disc is opened by the force of the medium; when the medium is countercurrent, the valve disc is tightly sealed with the sealing surface of the valve seat due to the valve ’s own weight and the valve ’s reverse force. Close to achieve the purpose of preventing the medium from flowing backward.
- The sealing surfaces of the valve body and valve disc are made of stainless steel.
- The structure length is in accordance with GB12221-1989, and the flange connection size is in accordance with JB / T79-1994.
